With over three decades of residency in San Diego, Joshua Daniel Massieh has cultivated a profound expertise in the local real estate market.

His journey commenced in 1999, assisting his father at the age of 15, which ignited his passion for the industry.

By 2002, Joshua had earned his real estate license and ventured independently.

Recognizing his affinity for numbers, he expanded his credentials in 2007 by obtaining his NMLS license, enabling him to originate mortgage loans.

 

Joshua’s career trajectory includes a significant tenure as Vice President of Retail Mortgage Sales at a federal bank, where he honed his leadership skills and managed divisions funding between $30 to $70 million monthly.

In 2019, he further advanced his qualifications by securing his California Real Estate Broker’s license and revitalizing his father’s brokerage. Under his guidance, the firm has expanded to encompass over 15 agents and four loan officers, reflecting his commitment to fostering growth and excellence in real estate services.

 

Despite a demanding schedule, Joshua prioritizes personal well-being and community engagement.

He can often be found at the gym or attending local sporting events during his limited free time.
