In 2019, he further advanced his qualifications by securing his California Real Estate Broker’s license and revitalizing his father’s brokerage. Under his guidance, the firm has expanded to encompass over 15 agents and four loan officers, reflecting his commitment to fostering growth and excellence in real estate services.
 
Despite a demanding schedule, Joshua prioritizes personal well-being and community engagement.
